Hi Angelica,
You are correct in thinking we are opening a shop in Penzance. We are currently going through the legal process at the moment. We would certainly welcome you to our team of volunteers. As the shop will be run by our area Manager Andy, could I please ask you to email him on andy-tanyascouragetrust@hotmail.co.uk and you can then liase with him. Dear Tanya’s Courage Trust,
we are currently students studying citizenship at Penrice Comunity College in St. Austell.
For our citizenship coursework, we have been asked to present information about a charity that we feel deserves recognition and support from as many people as possible. Therefore, we have chosen your charity as we think the work you do is inspiring and will inspire others too.
We know Tanya was a student at our school a few years ago and the teachers here greatly support your charity as many of them knew Tanya personally.
We would like you to consider sending a representative from your charity to visit our school and give an assembly to our year 7 students, explaining what the charity is about and people who you have helped in the past.
The Head of Year 7 has agreed for us to present our charity on Monday 10th October and it would be wonderful if you could send a representative to visit our school on this date to aid us with our presentation.

Hi, I’ve just heard that you’re opening a new charity shop in Penzance. I’m wondering if you need any help setting up, or just getting the shop going at all? I work at Artist Residence hotel/gallery on Chapel Street so I can’t volunteer full time but I’m up for helping some of the time if you need it? I could do some painting/decorating or making displays, or volunteer a couple of afternoons a week? I would love to work in a charity shop as it’s not-for-profit, and Tanyas Courage is a cause everyone will support if they know what the charity is about. Cheers! Angelica x

I live in Spain and on Thursday 19th Nov there is a Christmas Bazar in Vinaros at the English Church Portico.
I have been asked to attend and have a table selling merchandise of Tanyas’ Courage.
Hopefully this will help spread the word of your marvelous charity to people over here.
