The big day finally arrived, and it was glorious sunshine and a huge amount of support was shown on the day.
Although throughout the cut Iris looked terrified, she dealt with it all very well, and is quite enjoying having short hair.

St Austell AFC Wheelchair Push

On Saturday 24th July, St Austell AFC held a Wheelchair push from St Austell McDonalds Car Park to the Holmbush Inn. The money raised will be split betweet the club and The Tanya’s Courage Trust.

Pirate FM Garden Party

Tanya’s Courage Trust had  a stall booked at this years Pirate FM garden party on Saturday 24th July.
A great day was had by all our volunteers who attended, including Mickey and Minnie Mouse, who even made it onto Pirate FM’s Facebook page.

RSAB’s 70’s Night Success

Radio St Austell Bay kindly put on an event for us on Sunday 25th July at the Western Inn.
The evening proved a great sucess, with the presnters and others singing some of the greatest hits from the 70’s including Blondie, Stevie Nicks and much more.

Dr Sophie Mepham and Mark Oldroyd, 2 Trustee’s of The Tanya’s Courage Trust decided to have drastic hair cuts in order to raise money for The Tanya’s Courage Trust Appeal.
Well done guys, you were both very brave.
